The elven race has always been noted for their love of knowledge and their deep connection to their Guardian, who bestowed on them the gift of magic. Through their dedication and study, the elves managed to learn before any other race and it was their magicians who were the main architects in the creation of Ganosh, the Seventh Guardian. Despite their achievement, however, they always envied the close and powerful connection the Salanaar had with their own Guardian. A rough, childish bond, but not for that reason exempt from the greatest purity they had ever seen.

The elves considered the Salanaar savage and did not believe they deserved such a deep connection to their Guardian. Therefore, when the Guardians went offline and the Salanaar lost their magical strength, the elves did not hesitate to attack them. His goal was to take possession of the secrets and knowledge of that mysterious Guardian who gave so much power to the Salanaar.

Some wondered why the elves did not go after Ganosh first, since he was the most powerful of all, yet it was not power they craved, but knowledge. In addition, as creators they had reserved some "shortcuts" to access part of Ganosh's consciousness through certain arcane paths known only to a few.

The battle between the elves and the Salanaar was epic and merciless. The elves, with their cunning and mastery of magic, easily entered Salanaar territory and advanced quickly. The Salanaar, brave and proud, resisted with all their might, but their weaknesses were evident in the face of the elven superiority.

As the battle approached the capital of the Salanaar kingdom, the ferocity of the fighting intensified, the magical world trembling with the tension of the fighting. Sacred forests were laid waste, rivers ran red, and skies were darkened with spells and incantations flung in both directions.

Finally, the elves reached the capital of the Salanaar. The siege was long and challenging. The elves, confident in their magical power and superior numbers, believed that victory was within their grasp. But the Salanaar, backed by their deep connection to their Guardian and their unwavering determination, resisted with all their might.

When it seemed that defeat was inevitable, a new element joined the conflict. The Nestah, the exiled relatives of the Salanaar, came to their aid, breaking the siege of the city. The elves were forced to withdraw, surprised by this unexpected intervention.

This turn of events left the elves stunned and thoughtful. They realized that they had made a grave mistake in trying to obtain what they wanted by force, since now they were faced with the two orc races and the humans and that any other kingdom could seize the opportunity and open a new front.

Rather than persist in their wrong path, the elves began to rethink their actions. They accepted that they had erred and that they must find new ways to achieve their goals without resorting to violence that would expose their race to war again. They withdrew to their kingdom after signing a truce with the orcs and began to study new alternatives of knowledge. It was time to walk the passageways to Ganosh.
